Please provide as much information as you can and ideally obtain evidence of what you have heard or seen in the form of a recording of calls, an image or a video. The Trust is very limited in what we are able to follow up, so the more information up front, the better we can consider, analyse and rate possible encounters. Thank you very much.

For every encounter report, we encourage you to try and get absolute proof - look for the source of the call you have heard, try and get a video recording of the call and of course ideally of the bird.
